Updated Formstack Login Process

We’ve updated the way you sign in to your Huntington University Formstack account. Going forward, we’ve implemented Single Sign-On (SSO) with Microsoft Entra to streamline and secure access. This is the same method that we use for accessing other Huntington University resources.

Here’s what’s changed:

Old method:

Visit https://admin.formstack.com/login
Click “Log in with Google”
Enter your credentials

New method (effective now):

Go to https://admin.formstack.com/login
Enter your HU email address and click Next
You’ll be redirected to the University’s login page
Sign in using your HU email address and password

This change enhances security and simplifies access by using the University’s standard log in process.
