WOMEN’S GOLF

The HU women’s golf team turned in another great performance of the year by finishing second on the leaderboard at the Pilot Invitational held at Blackthorn Golf Club.  Kira Moore finished in second place (151, +7), Grace Dill and Riley Kitson tied for sixth (161, +17) while Myleigh Moon (176, +32), and Madelyn Weaver (179, +35) turned in top 20 performances. The team score of 646 was a season best for the Foresters. Kira Moore was runner-up and named to All-Tournament Team.

Huntington finished 2nd in the leaderboard with an 70 over par team score of 646. Bethel (617), Huntington (646), Aquinas College (662), Spring Arbor (688), MVNU (727), and Saint Francis (740) rounded out the 6-team event.

LOOKING FORWARD
The Huntington women’s team will head to Otter Creek GC to compete in Crossroads League Championships on May 28th-29th.
