Workshop Call for Submissions for Orientation 2025

What can you offer our new students? This year’s orientation will be organized similarly to a conference where students will choose workshops to attend based on their needs and questions about university life and academic success. Join me in creating a unique experience that will propel student success! Submit your workshop ideas HERE by February 14, 2025.

Workshop presenters are encouraged to offer the workshop 2-4 times to accommodate student preferences and availability. Each workshop will require student registration in advance. Some workshops will fill up quickly and others will be required (for example: IT, & library). Presenters will receive a $25.00 gift card in appreciation for their participation in NSO. Those who teach 4 workshops over 2 days will receive a $50 gift card.

Students will be able to sign up for NSO as early as February 2025! Please do not wait to submit your workshop so we can present them for registration after Spring Break.
