Payroll Authorization Form Change
The payroll authorization form has been updated. The form now requires additional signatures. TheĀ requestor must sign, forward the form to their senior leader for a signature, and that senior leader should then forward the form to the Vice President for Finance. Once all signatures are obtained, the form will be forwarded to the payroll specialist for processing. A link to the form, which was sent out by the Director of Human Resources to all Senior Leadership Team members, is on the HU Portal in the Human Resources forms section.
