MEN’S TENNIS

The #RV HU men’s tennis team (10-3) lost their first match since October, a 4-3 decision, to Lawrence Tech Saturday afternoon at the Franklin Athletic Club.

Despite defaulting at No. 3 doubles, the Foresters took the point in doubles action by cruising to 6-3 wins at the No. 1 and No. 3 spots. Unfortunately HU also defaulted at No. 6 singles and that proved critical as they came up one point short. The Blue Devil win snapped a four-game losing streak to Huntington.

The Foresters are back in action on Friday to host Pikeville at Wildwood Racquet Club.
