FISCAL YEAR END REMINDERS

As the end of the fiscal year approaches, please be aware of the following regarding purchases and payments of invoices:

1. Purchase orders for fiscal year 2022-2023 must be submitted to Pam Rudy by May 12,2023, to ensure that they are processed in a timely manner. (See #2 for rule on receipt of goods and services.)
2. The accounting rule to record expenditures in 2022-2023 is that the goods and services must be received prior to or on May 31, 2023.  There is NO exception to this rule.
3. Goods and services received after May 31, 2023, will be recorded in fiscal year 2023-2024.
