Poverty Simulation

The Department of Social Work is sponsoring a poverty simulation in conjunction with the Huntington County Purdue Extension Office on Wednesday, March 29, from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., in the upper level of the Dining Commons. Cost is $8 per student.

This is an excellent experience for students to see firsthand the challenges faced by people living in poverty. Registrations can be sent to Carla MacDonald at cmacdonald@huntington.edu by March 20. Payment can be made on the day of the event.
