Hope
On Tuesday, December 20, our beloved Certified Therapy Dog, Hope, passed peacefully at the age of nine. Hope was an exceptional canine in all aspects. She was well educated, with numerous credentials behind her name, including Therapy Dogs International Certified Therapy Dog. She had an extensive resume of experience ranging from working in substance abuse clinics to monasteries. She provided comfort and emotional support and had a knack of finding those who needed her most. Hope got to experience so much in her short life. She was well traveled on planes, trains, boats, paddleboards, and even mountain ski lifts. She loved to travel and was an honored guest at the Ritz Carlton in Washington, D.C., where she was always welcomed at the door as “Miss Hope.” Miss Hope, you will be greatly missed each and every day.
