ADP – Mobile App

Per ADP, you will be required to clear your cache in order for the app to work properly with the new look and functions. Navigate to Settings and follow instructions below:

Android: Navigate to Applications > Application Manager > Find the ADP Mobile app > Select Storage > Select Clear Cache 

iPhone: Find the ADP Mobile app > Select Continue under Advanced > Toggle the radio button to enable Clear Data

Resetting Mobile. You can reset your iOS/Android ADP Mobile app by following these steps:

  • Log into your ADP Mobile app.
  • Select your Profile Picture > Browse to Settings > Reset ADP Mobile.
  • You will be prompted with a confirmation message. Click Reset ADP Mobile to confirm you want to reset ADP Mobile App.
  • The Mobile App will start resetting to your last update or install.
  • When the process is completed, you will be prompted to log back in.
