IN FFA District 6 on Campus

On Saturday, March 12, the HU Department of Agriculture will host the annual Indiana FFA D6 Leadership Contest. This event will bring nearly 200 students, their high school ag teachers, and about 80 judges to campus. Students will compete in contests such as Public Speaking, Quiz Bowl, Essay, and Job Interview. They also will provide demonstrations in areas such as Animal Science, Natural Resources, Ag & Farm Business, and Food Science. It’s going to be a great event! Please be aware that we will be utilizing every classroom (non-labs) in both Dowden Science Hall and Loew-Brenn Hall. If you have items that are in these spaces that should be put away and not available to the public, please move them ahead of this event.
