It’s Time for Summer Internships!

Now is the time to encourage your students to begin their search for real world work experience!

Students should apply now for summer internships, practicums, and job shadowing experiences. The Friesen Center, located in the Office of Student Life in the HUB, is here to help! Please remind students to begin their search using the following resources:
1) Submit an Assistance Request for one-on-one support in locating an internship
2) Activate a student Handshake account and search current internship and work positions available
3) Check listings at Student Internships | Huntington University, a Christian college of the liberal arts

If students already have an employer they want to intern with, they can complete the Internship Contract with the assistance of their academic advisor. Contracts for all internships are due prior to starting the experience.
