Friday Library Lunch and Learn – Brown Bag

Hello Colleagues,

Last year, five faculty were awarded summer mini-grants for the purpose of working to increase diverse cultural, racial/ethnic, and/or gender perspectives in their curricula. Expectations of the grant involved (1) doing meaningful work over the summer to accomplish some specified goals and (2) sharing with faculty the processes worked through over the summer and the implementation experienced so far.

Grant participants include Kent Eilers, Ryan Long, Tanner Babb, Eric Williams, and Matt Webb. They are looking forward to sharing and conversing with colleagues about the changes they’ve made to their programs and courses and how these changes have been implemented. This will also be a time for attendees to informally discuss ideas and experiences doing this in their own courses and programs.
