Strategic Planning Update

On Monday afternoon, August 16, the HU strategic planning committee met with consultant Max Stark for a half-day strategy session. The group is still in the information gathering phase of the process and spent considerable time reviewing data and information from the current Faith Forward 2022 plan’s five pillars. Time was also spent discussing a ten-year destination vision for the University, targeting some specific items that can serve as directional guideposts for future planning sessions. Faculty will receive an update and an opportunity to provide input during a faculty workshop session next week. Staff will receive an update at an upcoming staff meeting as well. Special thanks to those serving on the planning committee and those supporting the process through pillar team work!
