New Spaces

A number of spaces have been upgraded in preparation for our students’ return this month. Faculty and staff are encouraged to check out these new areas as well. A new pier was constructed on Lake Sno-Tip at the former Roush property, hammock stands were added near this new pier location, green space was created at the site of the demolished Administration Annex, exterior string lights were added over the patio for the Dining Commons, first floor restrooms in Loew-Brenn Hall were renovated, a running stock ticker was added in the Department of Business, new furniture was placed in some residence hall rooms, several roofing projects were completed, parking lots were striped, flooring was replaced in Livingston Hall, the advancement team moved to the UB Headquarters building, landscaping upgrades were made at Becker Hall and the MCA, and a new classroom was added in the RichLyn Library. In Arizona, work is continuing to complete the final stages of OTD faculty office spaces, and a furniture upgrade is underway to transition a classroom to a lab space. Summer has been a busy time as we prepare for another great start!
