Strategic Planning Update

On Thursday afternoon, members of the Huntington University strategic planning committee met for a very productive half-day session. At this phase of the process, much of the activity focused on information gathering and identifying the status for areas within the current Faith Forward 2022 plan. Pillar leaders Lori Culler, Tanner Babb, Chynna Presley, Ann McPherren, and Jeff Berggren facilitated work since the May meeting to identify where we are now and formulate strategic questions to help guide where we want/need to go in the future. The committee will reconvene in August, with a goal of turning from information gathering to the beginning stages of actual plan formation in September. Special thanks to the many members of the Forester Family who have collaborated with and contributed to this important work!
