Memorial Day

The Senior Leadership has once again approved our modified office schedule for the summer months. We still remain open for 40 hours each week but modify the schedule slightly.

Summer hours begin the week of Monday, May 31 and continue through Friday, July 30. The modified schedule is  Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with a 45-minute lunch break and Friday 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. (Monday, May 31 is a holiday. The University offices will be closed.)

For summer 2021, Friday, July 16 will be an exception to this practice due to this being United Brethren Day. Employees will be expected to work 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. to assist with and participate in this special day. Employees will be allowed to take off the 3.75 hours typically taken Friday afternoon during that same week (July 12-15) upon approval by their senior leader and/or supervisor.

In order to continue to offer these unique hours, it will be important that each employee report to work in a timely manner and adhere to this schedule. Offices should be appropriately staffed during these hours.

Time off should be reported on ADP time card or ADP Time-Off Request.
