Student Employees

Instructions regarding hiring of a Student Employee are now available on the HU Portal: Personnel>Student Notifications (located on the right hand side at the bottom of the screen).

Generally, it is necessary to complete a Formstack form for the academic year and the summer for any student you plan to hire.

Taxes withheld in the summer are different by law, hence a new form is necessary in order to set up a summer position, even if they worked for you summer of 2020.
