Winter Activities
Winter can seem never-ending with the cold weather and dark skies that seem to come earlier and earlier throughout the months. Here are some activities that may boost your mood and create more happiness in these winter months.
Take a scenic drive or hike. We tend to spend a lot of time indoors during the winter months, and even more so now with COVID-19 precautions, so get out of the house to go for a hike, or a drive if you want to stay warm!
Play board games. Have family game nights throughout the week. You can even play online versions of games over Zoom with your friends or extended family.
