Purdue Extension Offers Heart Health 101

Is it time for a new you this New Year? Did you know that the leading cause of death for all Americans is heart disease? The Purdue Extension Heart Health 101 program can help you fight this disease by better understanding it and gaining the necessary knowledge to make heart-smart choices.

Join us for this two-hour introduction to heart health class that complements healthcare providers’ recommendations and helps you, or your loved one, prevent or manage heart disease. This class will be held at the Purdue Extension Office, 1340 S. Jefferson Street, on January 21 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.
