Attention ALL Hourly Employees

Full-time & Part-time Hourly Employees. You may be surprised to know that if you are an hourly employee with a regular schedule working 10 or more hours per week, and 9 months or more per year,  you are eligible for Holiday Pay.

Please make sure all of your holiday hours are recorded on your time card by NOVEMBER 30 FOR THANKSGIVING break and DECEMBER 31 FOR CHRISTMAS break. Your supervisors need to have timecards that are ready for approval!

For Full-time, Academic Year, and Part-time (see section VI) employees, the University recognizes the days listed below as paid holidays, providing that the day falls within the employee’s regularly scheduled work time. 

Secton VI: Part-time Status: position budgeted for 10 to 30 hours per week (i.e. 0.25 to 0.79 FTE) for nine or more months per year
