Change in the Office of Alumni Relations

It is with mixed emotions that we announce that Danielle Shafer (2010), Director of Alumni Relations and Engagement, will be leaving Huntington University at the end of October. In her own words:

“Our family is growing, and with that reality came the decision to stay home with my children for the next season of our lives. It was a very difficult decision to make, one that Dustin and I didn’t take lightly. I’m so grateful for the many roles in which I’ve served at Huntington University and am thankful to the advancement team for giving me the opportunity to serve our alumni as Director of Alumni Relations and Engagement. I look forward to maintaining my connection as an alum and continuing to make frequent visits to campus with our family! It seems that I simply can’t stay away, so maybe you will see me back on campus to serve in the future! 😊 Thanks, Foresters, and God’s best to all of you!”
