Did you know that Zoom has some useful keyboard shortcuts? One particularly useful shortcut is muting all participants except the host by pressing Alt+M in Windows or Command+Control+M on a Mac. Another useful shortcut is stopping screen sharing with Alt+S in Windows or Command+Shift+S on a Mac. Typically, Zoom must have focus for the shortcuts to work, but you can enable global shortcuts so that they work even when PowerPoint has focus.
