A Forester Legacy Story

Carlton Sprague, Jr. would often be seen walking from his home adjacent to campus to the Richlyn Library. Although a 1953 graduate of Purdue University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Carlton had a strong affinity for Huntington College/University and attended several campus events.
He came to Huntington in 1967 and worked as a field engineer for Shuttleworth until he retired in 1984. Carlton Sprague, Jr., passed away on July 17, 2020 and was a member of the Forester Legacy Society. His gifts were his home through a Life Estate Reserved and two Charitable Gift Annuities.
