Cate Simmons Returns to HU

Cate Simmons returns to her alma mater as HU’s new instructor of graphic design in the Department of Art & Design. Simmons has worked in graphic design and marketing for both nonprofit and for-profit entities for the past several years. She also works as a freelance artist/designer. In her spare time she enjoys volunteering with her local church and community, attending art fairs and events, hiking, and being active. She and her husband recently relocated to Huntington county. Simmons looks forward to meeting her students in the fall, seeing their creativity develop, and helping them grow as artists and professionals.
