Students moving into residence halls

Huntington University is using a reservation tool to assist with scheduling of all student arrivals (new and returning). Coordinating arrival times to the residence halls and Forester Village will allow us to implement social distancing practices and to clean in between arrival times.

Fall and Winter student-athletes, as well as RAs, Friesen Center staff, Joyful Noise, FDN, and Theatre groups will arrive on both August 13 and 14. Other student leaders (SGA Executive Board, SAB, Alpha Group mentors, CMCs) are scheduled to arrive on August 26. New students will arrive on August 27 in order to experience New Student Orientation and returning students will arrive on August 29 and 30. Students have been sent information on how to sign-up for a 2-hour window.

These student arrival processes are being established to allow students and families to experience an expedited and easy arrival to campus.
