HUB Update

The HUB is busy with activity as work continues to be on track. As the picture reflects, the removal of material and demolition is now complete on the second floor. Additionally, the following items are scheduled to be completed over the course of the next two weeks:

• Continue with interior and exterior demolition and prep work for new finishes
• Complete concrete trenching and then patching inside to provide access to new underground utilities
• Begin exterior rough grading and digging for new underground utilities
• Patching in masonry walls from existing openings
• Begin installation of duct work on the first floor
• Continue with electrical conduit on the first and second floor
• Begin installation of stud walls on the first floor
• Stripping the ceiling finishes on the second floor and prepping for new exposed finishes
• Field measuring window openings and ordering frames for new windows
