Open Enrollment 2020 – Final Meeting Today

2020 Annual Open Enrollment is just around the corner.

We will be holding three meetings. Please plan to attend ONE of them so you can be informed on the upcoming changes and updates to our employee benefit plans. Spouses are welcome to attend.

Our new provider network beginning 1/1/2020 will be United Healthcare Choice Plus. Visit the UMR website and search for doctors/hospitals in the Choice Plus network. If you have any questions, feel free to contact Jean Cole or Pam Rudy.
