Annual Open Enrollment

We will be holding three meetings. Please plan to attend ONE of them so you can be informed on the upcoming changes and updates to our employee benefit plans. Spouses are welcome to attend.

Monday, November 11 at 4:00 in Hiner Hall
Wednesday, November 13 at 11:30 in OTD Conference Room, Fort Wayne
Wednesday, November 13 at 4:00 in Hiner Hall
Our new provider network beginning 1/1/2020 will be United Healthcare Choice Plus
Go to the UMR website (https://connect.werally.com/plans/uhc) and search for doctors/hospitals in the Choice Plus network.
