MEN’S TENNIS

The Crossroads League announced its 2019 men’s tennis All-Conference Team and among the list of honorees was junior Illia Turaba.

As HU’s No. 1 player, Turaba chalked up his second straight All-Conference honor. He posted a 4-4 record in singles action in Crossroads League play and finished the fall season with an overall singles record of 7-7.

In doubles play, the Ukraine native collected five wins against four losses against CL foes and wrapped up the season with an overall doubles record of 6-8.

The Foresters (5-7) posted a 5-4 Crossroads League record to finish fifth in the regular season standings.
