WOMEN’S TENNIS
The Huntington women’s tennis team extended its win streak over Goshen to 14 with a 7-0 W Tuesday afternoon at the GC Tennis Complex. For the Foresters, it’s their third sweep of the year while the Maple Leafs (0-11, 0-7) are left still looking for this fall’s first win.
Ferguson’s crew won at all the double spots to earn the day’s first point. HU would go on to cruise to six more wins in singles action to wrap up the victory.
HU improves to 6-4 overall, 4-3 in league play. Next up is the ITA Regionals hosted by Indiana Wesleyan September 19-21.
