Huntington University freshman Haile Stutzman was named this week’s Crossroads League Men’s Cross Country Runner of the Week as announced by the national office earlier this afternoon.

Today marks the third weekly honor of the season with the Foresters sweeping the award all three weeks. Adrien Gentie, who did not run over the weekend, was the league’s Runner of the Week the past two weeks.

Stutzman paced HU to a first-place finish at the Rumble in the Fort on Friday by finishing second overall out of 66 runners by clocking in at 27:06. Huntington finished in front of NCAA DI opponents Purdue Fort Wayne and Wright State.

Next up for the Foresters is the Loyola Lakefront Classic on September 28.
