MEN’S TENNIS

The Forester men’s tennis team (3-5, 3-3) faced it toughest opponent of the year in #22 Indiana Wesleyan to suffer a 6-1 loss to the Wildcats on Klopfenstein Courts.

With this W, IWU remains perfect on the year at 10-0 which includes a 7-0 record in league play. HU is one of only two CL foes to earn a point against the national powerhouse. Diego Tapia claimed Huntington’s win at #4 singles where he outlasted Diego Freire 6-4, 4-6, 10-5.

Eckert’s crew travels to Goshen on Tuesday for a 4:30 p.m. match with the Maple Leafs.
