Active Shooter Training

There will be a two-day Active Shooter Training for Law Enforcement, Fire Department, and EMS on our campus on August 15 and August 16. Please do not be alarmed by the amount of emergency vehicles or emergency people that you may see on campus. The classroom portion of the training will take place in Hiner Hall on August 15, and the exercise will take place in the HUB on August 16. We are doing this joint training so that all agencies are on the exact same page in the case of an emergency event at HU. If you have students currently back on campus from your respective groups, please notify them of this. I do not want to alarm anyone as this will be heavily attended by various emergency agencies.
