ADP Portal: workforcenow.adp.com

ADP has been our payroll database since 1989. As we begin to move toward more online features with ADP, it is increasingly important for you to log in on a regular basis. The ADP Portal is the gateway to payroll, benefits, time off and other employment related features. Be sure to login to the URL listed above. It is not adp.com but workforcenow.adp.

Some employees have been recording hours worked in ADP for about a year now. Their supervisors approve hours worked and time off requests in ADP. It is our goal to have all employees requesting time off and supervisors approving the requests through the ADP Portal.

ADP deactivates accounts after a certain number of weeks of inactivity for security purposes. If you forgot your password, you can request a reset from the login screen. Follow the instructions. If you forgot your User ID, contact Becky Kersey, Payroll Specialist (ext. 4340) or Jean Cole, Human Resources Manager (ext. 4200).

NOTE: Your account will be suspended if you exceed the allowed number of login attempts. At that point you will need to contact Becky Kersey or Jean Cole so your access may be unlocked.
