Mid-Season Temperature Changes

Looks like we are finally approaching fall weather. With that being said, we just wanted to remind everyone that boilers will not come on until the outside temperature is 50 degrees or below. As well, Chillers will not come on until the outside temperature is 55 degrees. So we will have some building temperatures that will be harder to control than others. Though it is 50 degree outside a second story building that has several large windows on a sunny day can get pretty warm so until the outside temperature reaches 55 the chiller will not come on even though the inside of a building is much warmer. We appreciate your patience during this time.
