MEN’S TENNIS

The Huntington men’s tennis team had a rough go of it Wednesday afternoon at Klopfenstein Courts by suffering an 8-1 loss to Goshen.

There’s a bottleneck near the top of the league standings and with three regular season conference matches to go, HU finds themselves still in the mix as they currently stand in fifth with a 4-2 CL record.

The Foresters are just half a game behind the three-way tie at second as Goshen, Marian and Spring Arbor each boast a 4-1 record in league play. IWU currently sits atop the standings with a perfect 6-0 record.

HU (5-2) faces Indiana Wesleyan on Saturday at 9:00 a.m.
