HU Foundation Fund Drive Annual Dinner-September 27

All faculty and staff are invited to attend this year’s HU Foundation Annual Dinner on Thursday, September 27. There is a 5:30 pm reception with the program beginning at 6:00 pm. The event will be held in the upper level of the Habecker Dining Commons. Tickets cost $50 per person.

Daryle Doden, president of Ambassador Enterprises, is the featured speaker for the evening. Through collaboration with Ambassador Enterprises, the HU Graduate School was able to launch a new Master’s In Business Administration degree program. The first corporate cohort, which began in January 2017, was comprised of students from Ambassador Enterprises.

Dan and Barb Drummond are this year’s recipient of the Distinguished Service Award. Selection for the award is based on a life that shares the mission of Huntington University, is an effective role model for our students, and is recognized for the contribution they make to our community.

The purpose of the dinner is to provide an opportunity to invest in the HU Foundation County Grant. This grant provides funds to high school graduates residing in Huntington County as they attend HU. Recipients can receive the grant all four years. A portion of the ticket proceeds will go directly to the grant. If you have questions or to RSVP, contact Jan Yost at jyost@huntington.edu or 260-359-4046. Reservations are due by Wednesday, September 19.
