POSTAGE

This is a reminder to please write the account number that you want charged for the postage on each mail piece that you send out. If the return address on your envelope has your department name and your department only uses one account number, you don’t have to write it on.

This helps us to not only know what account to charge for the postage, but also who to send the piece to if it is returned to us by the post office for any reason.
