Budget Review Program is Changing

For those who have access to account lookup on the Personnel portal, please be aware that the “Budget Review (Access Required)” option will be discontinued at the end of this week (June 15). Jenzabar (our ERP company) no longer supports this program and there are errors that are making it unreliable. We have transitioned to “Budget Review”, “Lookup GL Account information” which is the first menu item in the center of the Personnel page. The instructions for using “Lookup GL Account information” can be found on the same Personnel page under “Forms and DocumentsBusiness OfficeLookup GL Account Information Procedures”.
