ATTENTION INTERNSHIP SUPERVISORS

If you are the supervising professor of a J-Term internship: Please note that, at this time, all students and on-site supervisors/preceptors have been sent evaluation forms. Once we receive them, we will send them to their respective supervising professors. Please help the process by encouraging your students to complete these and to encourage their supervisors to do the same in a timely manner. Should you need either form, please contact Kyle (kshondell@huntington.edu) and he will be able to assist you!
