December PEER AWARD Recipients

Recipients of the Huntington University PEER AWARD for the month of December are Pam Rudy and Sara Baldwin.

Nancy Barnes passed the PEER AWARD to Pam Rudy. Pam is the Administrative Assistant to the VP of Business & Finance and has been with HU for 17 years. In recognizing Pam, Nancy writes “Since I have been here at Huntington University, Pam has been so much help. When I first began here, there was so much to learn and so many mistakes to be made. Pam was always there to help me straighten things out, and understanding when I messed up. She wears many hats in the Business Office and if she doesn’t know, she knows where to find the answer. She is a fine Christian lady with a positive attitude and a willingness to help out any way she can.”

Shoshannah McKinney passed the PEER AWARD to Sara Baldwin. Sara serves as Graduate and Professional and has been with HU for 8 months. In recognizing Sara, Shoshannah writes, “Over the last several months I have had the privilege of getting to know Sara and working with her to recruit students for our first Ft. Wayne Professional Programs TESOL cohort. I wouldn’t have expected someone helping me recruit for “my” program to have just as much if not more enthusiasm about it than me. But Sara has far exceeded that low expectation. Over the last several months she has been on the phones, reaching out to local organizations and school districts, and coming up with creative recruiting events and ideas. She is a great collaborator, even from her office in Ft. Wayne, and has helped me appreciate, yet again, the value of collaboration and the team spirit we work within each day at HU.”
