IT Services After-Hours Emergency Procedures

IT Services has implemented a new after-hours emergency on-call procedure. Beginning Monday, November 18 faculty and staff can call the IT Services Help Desk (Extension 4357 or 260-359-4357) after-hours and will be able to reach an on-call support specialist. When calling this number faculty and staff are prompted to either leave a message by pressing 1, or in case of an emergency, faculty and staff can press 2 to reach an on-call support specialist. An after-hours emergency consists of all printers not functioning, loss of access to network drives, loss of access to the intranet or internet, loss of access to e-mail, or a very large number of systems not working.
