December 14, 2017 General Comments Off on Tuition Remission-Reminder Posted By: Jean Cole

Tuition Remission-TR is one of the many benefits Huntington University offers to its employees and their immediate family members.
In preparation for the fiscal year 2018/2019 -Tuition Remission Requests must be submitted online via the HU Campus Portal. Go to the > Personnel Tab > Benefits on the left side. Click on the Tuition Remission Form in the center of the page. Complete the fields and click Submit. You will receive an email notification once the request has been successfully submitted.
Important Reminders:
• Summer classes require a TR request as well!!!!
• Requests must be made for each fiscal year. Do not assume because you or your family member has been approved for 2017/2018 that you are automatically approved for 2018/2019. You must request timely TR each fiscal year.
• It is recommended that you complete the request even if you are not certain you or your family member will attend.
• Refer to Section 3.1.11 & 3.1.12 of the Faculty Handbook (p. 45-46) or the current Staff Handbook pages 30-32 for specific details of this benefit.

Thank You

December 12, 2017 General Comments Off on Thank You Posted By: Jack Heller

Friends,

I want to thank you for your prayers, expressions of concern and support, airport transportation, gifts, and memorial contributions to the Shakespeare program during these last six months as my father was passing. I know that some contributions to Shakespeare at Pendleton haven’t been posted to its account yet, so I haven’t yet written every personal thank you I will need to do. But before everyone scatters for the holidays, I want you to know that I am grateful. God bless you all for being present when I’ve needed you.
