Written by one of the most renowned 20th century playwrights, this serious drama has rightfully claimed its place among the classic American dramatic repertoire. It is a compelling cautionary tale, warning of the dire consequences for avoiding moral responsibility. Please note, this play contains adult themes and mild language. It is not appropriate for children.

Performances run November 9, 10, 16, 17 at 7:30PM and November 11 and 18 at 2:00PM & 7:30PM

Kylie Killian and Nicole Manges will be presenting their Senior Recital tonight, November 3,at 7:30 PM. Kaylie Killian will performing on her trumpet, while Nicole Manges will be performing on her violin. Kaylie is a Pre-Med major with a minor in music and Nicole is an English Major with a minor in music. The recital, held in Longaker Recital Hall of the MCA, is free and open to the public.

Occupational Therapy Visit Day

An occupational therapy visit day is being held today, November 3rd, at the Ft. Wayne campus. More than 60 people will be coming from all over to be here, including Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nebraska, New Jersey, Ohio, South Carolina, and Tennessee. We will be interviewing 28 applicants and hosting one more interview day on December 1st for those not interviewing today. This is the first year we will be starting a spring OTD cohort in addition to the traditional fall cohort we’ve had in the past. So far, 15 deposits have been received for Spring 2018 and 22 for Fall 2018.

HU Chamber Orchestra to Present Concert This Sunday

The HU Chamber Orchestra, along with the Manchester University Faculty Trio, will be presenting a concert this Sunday evening , November 5 at 6:00 PM.at the First Church of the Nazarene. The concert will feature Elizabeth Smith on the violin, Dr. Robert Lynn on the cello and Dr. Pamela Haynes at the piano from the Manchester University Faculty Trio. Dr. George W Killian will be conducting the orchestra in pieces such as: Mozart’s , “The Marriage of Figaro Overture”, “Academic Festival Overture, Op. 80” by Brahms, and “The Magic of Harry Potter” by John Williams, as well as some familiar hymns. The concert is free and open to the public.
