FACTS FROM THE MAILROOM

Did you know that mailroom student workers pick up our mail from the post office Monday – Friday around 8:30 a.m.? They also take our outgoing mail to the post office each day at 4:00. As long as you have outgoing mail to the mailroom by 3:45, it will go out that same day.

We deliver mail around campus in the mornings. We also pick up any outgoing mail at that time. We deliver all larger packages and any paper requests in the afternoons.

Please do not give the mailroom student workers outgoing mail when they are delivering packages as they do not have any mail bins with them to put the mail in. They have no way of securing the mail properly.
